Modern offices at the Paris-End

An impressive project is located in what is now referred to as the ‘Paris End’ of Chapel Street. This wasn’t always the case. In the suburb’s early years, this area was renowned for the rag trade. The original premises was a 1960’s brown brick factory style building and was home to a clothing manufacturing business.

The original building only occupied part of the L-shaped site. This development incorporated gutting the original building and then building on top of it, extending across the entire site, and creating a three-level modern building with large balconies, providing an outdoor oasis for the occupants.
